How do I check the status of an order I've placed?
You can easily check on your order at any time by visiting your Account page. You will need your order number (from your confirmation email) and billing ZIP or postal code to view your order status.
If your order was placed with one of our international websites, please use the country selector in the bottom righ hand corner to visit the site, then follow the instructions there to check on your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders received on a weekday ship within 48 hours of receipt. Orders received on a weekend will typically ship the next business day; all orders to Canada ship within three business days.

How long does it take to receive a customized item?
Our custom wall decals have slightly longer processing time due to the personalization process. Each custom wall decal is reviewed by one of our custom design experts to ensure perfection. Custom orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days.
Can I change something after I've placed my order?
If you want to add or remove something from your order, or need to correct your shipping address, please call us at (800) 236-4520 as soon as possible.
Due to our fast shipping, we have a very narrow window in which we can make changes to your order. Please be aware that address changes requested after your order has left our warehouse may return in a minimal charge from the UPS.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
RoomMates accepts returns of unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We require a return authorization (RA) number with each return, and your refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

What if my wall decal is damaged or doesn't work?
We stand behind our products! If your order shows up damaged or defective, or if your wall decals don't work as they should, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost.
